They replaced my back brakes' pads and rotors a year ago, so when a rear wheel started making noise I was annoyed. But it was something much worse, they fixed it in ⅓ the time they estimated, and I was on my way.

I got a very thorough estimate for repair costs and excellent communication from the Midas team.

My wife and I have been bringing our cars to Midas in Evanston since they started at the end of the 2000s. We stuck with them because of their amazing service, their commitment to excellence and taking excellent care of us. We have had a Mazda, Toyota, Hondas, and they kept us running throughout these 2 decades. They go out of their way, no exaggeration to make us happy and satisfied with their work. Thank you Edgar and Jerry we are blessed for having you so close to us geographically, professionally, and after these two decades as friends. We wish you all the best as you continue to serve our community with so much integrity.

On a rare day off, I took my car in for some overdue maintenance including both brakes and new tires. I made my appointment and an estimate was provided quickly after evaluating my car. I was provided with multiple options, and the work was done within only a few hours. Service was professional and an efficient use of my time. Cost was competitive with another source I’d considered.
